To access our services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to register independently, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18 years old.
You agree to notify Mazika immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Payment for services must be made in accordance with the pricing structure agreed upon at the time of registration. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy. Prices are subject to change with thirty (30) days' notice.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Late payment fees may apply as specified in your service agreement.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a personal training session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee. Monthly memberships require 30 days' written notice for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approved cancellation requests.
Prior to commencing any fitness program, you must complete a health questionnaire and disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations. You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks and agree to assume all risks associated with participation in our programs. Mazika strongly recommends consulting with a physician before beginning any exercise program.
You understand that participation in fitness activities may result in injury, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation. Mazika and its trainers are not liable for any injuries sustained during training sessions.
All clients must maintain respectful behavior toward staff, trainers, and other members. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund. Proper athletic attire and footwear must be worn at all times during training sessions.
All content provided through our services, including workout programs, training materials, videos, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of Mazika. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without express written permission.
We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information will be used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mazika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
